Aarggh, Different Connector

Ive stuck a new thermo switch and rad in the 205, Im just tinkering putting wires etc back and noticed the new thermo switch has a different connector, anybody know which wire needs to go where?

 

The original wires the 3 pins are laid out like =l but the new switch has pins like ---

if that makes any sense? Anyone know which wire needss to be where on the new thermo?

Thanks, I'll do what the advice says and just work out which is high and low speed
