Maximum Dynamic Compression Ratio

Wondering if anyone has some information on maximum dynamic compression ratio (theory or practical !) for a turbo'd 2 valve per cylinder engine with a chamber design like the XU ?

my guess would be about 14:1 on 98 ron and higher with better fuel but that's just a guess....

any thoughts welcome
