309 Rear Beam - Is A Diesel Turbo One The Same As A Gti?

As per title: is a diesel turbo one the same as a Gti?

Also what would be the thickness of the torsion bars so i can check?

Yes, well sort of. the tube can be used even with proper gti bars, but its a slightly different design. The torsion bars are 19mm, or the grd turbos i've tried have been.

I'll have some 309 Gti bars soon if you are interested.

 

Just checked and the beam tubes are the same - its only the Euro 309 Gti-16 (Mi engined) one that has different beam tube.
