Who Is Running A Carter 4070 Pump?

Recommended Posts

Hi, the bano's on my dellorto's require an 8mm hose where as the outlets on the carter fuel pump say use a 3/8" hose. This equates to 9.5mm (10mm for talking sake).

Just want to know how the other guys running this pump approached this problem.

I run a Carter pump. Not sure about the fuel line size, :P i used something that could be clamped up at both end's.

Never had a problem as the fuel pressure that isn't high.

I run Weber 40's.

Ok, i'll see if 8mm will fit on the pump end then failing that, 10mm with tight clips!

Cheers rescue

I squeezed the 8mm line over it and like said above just thought that the pressure would be low enough not to split it.
