Real carbon fibre sheet isnt that cheap really

Well I have some 200 x 300 sheet that cost 24 quid, and you could make about 10 out of that!

pic

Thats my three pod setup anyway

(edit: pic too large, see forum guidelines)

Sorry I meant if you were getting a proper custom pod produced, not just a face-plate:)

OK - I'm sold. Do you have a link where you got the 3-hole sheet from Tom?

http://www.rgmstyling.com/

click on search by part/styling interior/universal gauge mounts and mine is the triple sheet in black

they also do a rather dodgy looking dash mounted triple pod! :)

Out of interest, what gauges are you guys planning on running ?The red dash looked smart, apart from the lairyness.

I wonder howmuch the leather retrim was ? :D

Dont like the gauges in the vent themselves, like said, looked a bit bodged.

Hi there!

The first "gauge-holder" ist great! But I dont wanted to put it in the dash.

Here is my solution for the problem. The sight to the gauges is not the best, but its ok and looks like stock! :D

206_20_2916.jpg

Its a aluminium-plate which is covered with leather. The gauges are standard-ones. The height is ok- all fits perfect. The picture "lies" a little bit- on the left side it looks higher then on the right one. This is only an illusion!

Sorry for my bad english- I'm exercising on it... :)

Cheers,

Matthias

Yes it is. An original Dimma 205 dash covered with the skin of lets say two cows.
