Will A Webber 32 / 36 Dgas Carb Fit A 1360 205 Rallye?

see a webber 32 / 36 dgas carb quite cheap i done a search on here will this be a good upgrade as i see some people have fitted a 38 dgas and a wounderd if it needs the same mods ?

Hi, saw this a bit late. I have a 38DGAS on my 1360xs and it took a lot of sorting out, but it doesn't half fly!

 

It works very well with a 4 branch manifold too.

 

I don't think they ever made a 32/36DGAS, could it have been a DGAV? The reason I say that is that a DGAS is a synchronous carb, ie both choke butterflies open together and thus must be the same size. The DGAV is progressive and can have different sized barrels.

Just ask if you need any more info as I have spent far too much time fiddling with this carb n my pug.
