Urgently Need The Head Torque For 1.4 Diesel

howdy. I quickly need to know the head stud torque settings and tightening sequence for an AX 1.4 diesel 1990 model. Also need the torques for the cam caps.

Any links if you dont have the spec to hand.

Tightening sequence is

 

 

10 -- 6 -- 2 -- 3 -- 7

 

 

9 -- 5 -- 1 -- 4 -- 8

 

 

According to haynes the tu3f engine is 20nm then angle tighten 120 degrees then 120 degrees again i'd imagine its similar. Unsure on cam cap torque.
