DaveK 0 Posted February 28, 2006 i know changing the front brakes on the 205 is a very common mod, and its going to be my first port of call when upgrading mine. but why does no-one seem to change the rear brakes?? been doin searches but almost everything covers the front. is there not much benefit to be had from upgrading the rear? cheers dave Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
hengti 2 Posted February 28, 2006 no point in tinkering with the rears the fronts do the *vast* majority of the work, so you're unlikely to see much benefit in chucking money at the rears someone on here had a recent problem with locking rears - he'd fitted uprated pads to the back (as well as the front) which (impo) was probably contributing to the problem he was getting personally, I'd keep the rear std Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
