Certainly better than TU3S, but not better than say a TU5 or TU2J2 head.

I'm not sure, but I think he means an exhaust manifold, not a cylinder head...

Eddie,

we need to make sure which rallye you are talking about. Is it the euro spec one with the tu24 engine? 1.3litre, 100bhp?

My guess anyway, is that the exhaust manifolds are all the same.

The TU24 exhaust manifold is 100% identical to all the other 8V TU manifolds.

Well they look simlar.....But in actula fact ther are different part numbers..

The later models seem to have some kind of plug in each port (maybe to measure mixture in each exiting exhaust port). But even the model that don't have these are actually a different part number.

In fact the whole exhaust system is different to a standard 205 TU. The latter backbox being similar to a 205 Gti one....

What teh difference is I'm not sure....But I have a pair of manifolds and downpipes in the workshop..
