Which Pulley And Are The Standard Injectors Ok?

if anyone is still interested, here is the definitive finding on the #4 cam pulley:

5) the #4 pulley has a cca. 139 deg. "separation", which makes it WAY more retarded than #3 and #2. It is used for better top-end and better cylinder filling at high RPM. I guess that is one of the explanations why these late 160 HP BX16v are so unbelievably fast as a top-speed performance...

Are you absolutely sure about this Alex? I've sat a #2, a #3 and a #4 on a jig. The #4 is definitely more advanced than the #3, which is definitely more advanced than a #2.

ie

two #2 pulleys give 114/114 lobe centre lines

#3/#2 gives 111/114

To confirm it further, I could fit all three to an engine I'm currently building, which has one of my Stage I inlet cams, and measure the resultant lift at TDC.

I agree about the exhaust cam though. It's the same as the Mi16x4 exhaust cam.
