Stonechip lower wings?

Exciting day on Saturday as I delivered the car to the bishop for ours respray. The possibility notice the stonechip at the bottom of the wings, behind the wheel arch, below the plastic trim. He didn't think this was standard, I honestly can't remember. 

Should it be there and if so there be anymore elsewhere?

It is standard lower wing and a little bit on front edge of the door but i didnt put it back
