Rear disc brake wheel bearing spacer orientation ??

Morning Everyone

 

I'm after some valuable feedback from you guys please on the correct orientation of the spacer washer on a disc braked rear wheel bearing assembly .....after having the beam refurbished a little while ago and a fresh pair of wheel bearings, the old grey matter has failed me and I can't remember which way they are supposed to go...so images below and if any of you experts can please confirm , that would be most appreciated  - Thanks

2nd image, it'll be evident if you place the spacer against the back of a wheel bearing.
