Idle Speed mixture screw - O ring size.

I need a new O ring for my Idle Mixture screw. Peugeot part number 1680.47 . (Item 10)

Anyone know the specific size, rather than me trying to measure the dried up old one.

Best to buy yourself an set of O-rings , for working on cars and house stuff like plumbing and similar it's always handy having them , and you can pick a set from various places nowadays .

Pick green ones , they come in various odd/non standard sizes , and they're made from better chemical and temperature/pressure resistant material than the black ones .

Black or green ?

Green you'll find in much more "fine" measurements than the black ones .. odd unusual dia. and "half 0.50" measures .

Slightly off size usually fits as well and does the job .

Black ones , if you really need one asap and can't find same or similar size , you can pick bigger cut to size needed and glue/bond it with superglue (cyanoacrylate)  . But best for press in fixed stuff which don't spin around the Oring .

Nice find. Cheers.  The old one was measured at 7mm ID. 2mm thick. Probably why it was leaking.

I've fitted a 6mm ID 2.5 thick. Set from Screwfix. 3412J £11.
