Xu9ja crankshaft pulley help needed

Hello all. 

Do i miss some parts on crankshaft gears? Crankshaft pulley hits timing belt cover. Cover has some wearing so pulley has been rubbing it before.

You are missing 2 screws.

2 bolts missing. The plastic covers do warp slightly with old age so can rub the pulley even if all the bolts are there. Various new ones are available, plastic or steel.
