uk Rallye 1.4 help needed

Hi GUys any suggestions how I can tune a 1.4-litre iron-block TU3.2 engine with a pair of twin-choke Solex carburettors . Its in a standard 1.4 Uk spec Ralyee.  Im after some ideas I don't want to change the engine because I would like to keep it in its standard format .

When I had the standard engine in mine it was fitted with an Autosprint? 270deg cam. It did make a difference over standard, but you'd be much better off starting with an alu block engine from an xs or similar, the weight makes a big difference
