Central locking conumdrum

Hi, Iv’e managed to get hold of a solenoid for my drivers door at last it works but when i lock it the passenger door and the tailgate unlock and vice verca, what have i done wrong? i bet there’s a simple explanation cheers

Swap the 2 wires in the plug round should fix it

Tom which two wires do you mean?  ‘cos the plugs can only go in their respective holes (idiot proof)

Blue and white on brown connector , they are connected to all the motors/solenoids and trigger lock-unlock ..

 

As Tom said , swap places ie. blue on white connector slot and white on blue slot .. no need to cut the wires , can open up/pry off connector push the wire terminal locking tab and pull out .

Sorted now it was the passenger side i had replaced the dodgy plug and used two spade terminals, glad it was something simple thanks for your replies
