Installing rear seats after 15 years

This afternoon I placed the rear seats back into my GTi after 15 years as I want the car back to standard. 
 

I don’t have any of the bolts etc to fit them and I’m not sure what I need. I’ve clipped the back rests in. Do the rear seats have any other fixings? 
what size nuts do I need to fit the base hinges? 
Also, I’m going to need a set of rear seatbelts. Where’s the best place to buy them?

Rear seat uprights use 10mm dome nuts, the bases use 10mm flanged nuts. (M6)

I did wonder what type of nuts the bases were held in with been 6 years since mine were last fitted
