Can anyone tell me, what does the diaphragm (25) do in the picture?

 

Because I have the afr sensor, and it tells me that when I accelerate quickly, it runs out of gas, but then it stabilizes at 14.7, and I think it will be because it does not create vacuum quickly.

my carburetor doesn't have that 25 diaphragm and I don't know why

I'm going to buy a replacement kit to see if it's the vacuum membranes that have dried out, and see if it can get rich quickly.

From your description it is the accelerator pump jet you need to look at, part number 11.
