Question about preparation of the 1.4 16v ET3J4 engine for sport - I need Your help

Hi everyone.

This is probably my first post, even though I've been on the forum for more than 10 years as an observer.
I know that there are many mega specialists here, so I hope you will help me with a rather unusual topic, namely the preparation of the 1.4 16v ET3J4 engine for sport. I found one topic on the forum

but it's old so I hope 10 years is enough to find more information here. I searched the net as much as I could and there is practically no info about tuning this engine. But I am a bit surprised by the very extended range of cams for this engine from Catcams, including highly competitive versions where for two years there were maybe two such lite ones. So someone has to need them. I know that the potential weak point of this engine is the rocker arms and relatively small valves. On the other hand, they are not significantly smaller than the valves from the head of the 106 S16. I asked Catcams if they had any practical experience with their cams in these engines but I got a negative answer.
Probably the question that comes to my mind the most is how many revolutions the factory rocker arms can withstand.
I really care about this engine because of its lightness - I do not want to enter the cast iron block, if I want to have a 1.6, I will make it from some EW on a destoker.
Thank you in advance to everyone who read this to the end and have a nice day ;-)

I think at one point mixing heads and blocks was against the rules so the only 1.4 16v was the ET3J4 and that's probably why Catcams has cams for it.

Now if you can mix heads and blocks using the TU5J(P)4 head should be cheaper.

The tu platform is a masterpiece for tuning . Same as xu .

The et platform is not good at all from the factory.one of the problems was the cam failures maybe that's the reason cat cams have cams for this engine.

As I mention with tu platform you can mix whatever u want.with et nope.

It's an engine for everyday use(with problems) not for racing. That means if you start build engine like that you will waste your money and the result of this engine well. Will make u cry. Don't look only the weight of the engine.but the support the parts the reliability how strong it is the potential and the weight is the last
