After the process of ITB conversion and installing 3 relays to the electrical circuit (one for the fan two for the fuel pump and the third is the main relay/ loom come ready made from emerald  for all engine and sensors,so the fan and the fuel pump are powered as diagram instructions and working fine, the issue i am having is with the car wiring, the relays and lights on the dash are coming intermittently as i operate the indicators also the gaugees are coming on while indicators on the on position, the relays are buzzing like mad and the front  wiper will not work, there is a 12V draw when negative is disconnected when multimeter is placed between body and negative i have taken half of the dash apart and found nowt absolutely nothing

Anyone???

Sounds like you might have a ground disconnected somewhere.

Yes very likely. Whenever I've seen this behaviour it's because an earth is missing. The current for the lights / wipers is finding an earth path via the gauges and dash bulbs.

e.g. This exact thing will happen if you unbolt the earth to the body for the lights loom (behind the front washer bottle), and then switch on the indicators.
