Plastic headlamp adjuster

Can anyone advise where to get one of the above from Please?

Went to put the headlamp units back on and had Forgotten that when I took the offside one out, someone had previously glued the plastic adjuster in place and of course it snapped.

I can visit some scrap yards, but wanted to see where others had acquired them from first.

they are not available separately, best bet is probably a 3d printed replacement.

Thanks, I got given a spare by a friend, however I glued the old one together with two part epoxy adhesive and its actually pretty good. Went back on and is holding together well.
