Impossible screws for bottom of dash.

I've been trying to put all my dashboard together and most of it pretty straightforward and I know it like the back of my hand. But one part really gets right on my nerves. There's 4 screws that need to go up from the panel that holds the glovebox into the main dashboard. They are recessed into the plastic a couple of centimetres and and up screws have to go up at a bit of an angle. Even with a magnetic tip screwdriver I've just about managed one, but the others are defeating me. Anyone got any ideas on how to get them without tipping the whole car upside down or sending it into space to beat gravity?

I’ve never really struggled with them, try a dab of superglue to hold the screw on the end of the screwdriver?
