XUD7 connector - to what?

Recommended Posts

I have swapped an XUD7 non turbo for a turbo version. As I’ve done that, I’ve found that one electrical connector in the engine bay doesn’t have anything obvious to connect to. See the images. It used to connect to the rear of the fuel filter housing in the non turbo (see last image). Does anyone know if it is needed on the turbo - and if so, where it should go?

Is that for detecting water in the fuel filter housing? Have you got a photo of your new set up?

There is just one connector which goes to the fuel filter housing on the turbo - it is the blue one on the front of the filter housing in the picture above.
