hi
my plan is to put 92mm xud11 crank in xu10 (is it strait in as 88mm)
idea is the put 87mm Honda k20 piston with gti6 158mm rod ( is it possible? )
k20 piston com.height is 30mm with big valve relief
with these comb piston will sit 1mm below deck .  My calc is 235mm-158mm-46mm-30mm=1mm
and then i can simple machine piston dome to give CR best for chosen cams
Am right?

XU10J4RS rods have press fit pins. Depends if you can bush them successfully to accept the 22mm pin. After you've done that and fitted new rod bolts, you may as well have bought new rods. I'd skim the 1mm off the block first, then start removing the dome.

On top of that the crank pins are wider on the XUD11, to use the J4RS rods you need to centre them with the pistons like in the XU9J4.

How could you use 152mm rods? They're way too short. Given the issue with the rod bearing width, I think you need custom rods.
