that looks a bit different but not been modified I think, coolant barbs are not present, nor the breather on top, vac take off is still there, possibly from a different engine variant than the original 205.

It's original, 105 bhp engine type

It just doesn't have the breather take off's in it which saves blanking them off, you can machine them out as well which we did back in the day
