I'm looking at replacing the clutch and flywheel i my 405 race car since the std Valeo unit has begun to disintergrate.

Has anyone used one of these in a B/E 3 setup and if so, what release bearing to use?

GTi6 184mm flywheel with timing 60-2 teeth P/no 0760,

2801 Twin plate race clutch 184mm P/no 2801-07-500.

TTV should be able to answer that one, I believe its just a modified standard bearing.

It's pretty close, the important bit is the internal diameter isnt smaller than 48mm. I'd imagine if you go for a bigger 'E' it will make the pedal firmer to push due to the moment being reduced.

I'd be tempted to go 50mm

The 405 uses a crappy plastic connector between the cable end and pedal (I think it's like 205's?), hoping to keep pedal pressure roughly the same as a std clutch.

Who makes one 50mm?
