welshpug 1,626 Posted July 27, 2015 a relay box and a diagnostic connector of some kind IIRC
Ryan 99 Posted July 27, 2015 The box normally contains the relays for the dim/dip headlamps, and the horn compressor if it's a 1.9. I think the connector is something to do with ABS, and not used if you don't have it.
hoodygoodwood 70 3 Cars Posted July 27, 2015 On my 309 GTi I have 3 relays in the black plastic box . I also have the unknown connector close to the expansion tank as well as 2 further unused wires behind the nearside headlamp , I have assumed they are aircon/ABS and have removed them all back to the fuse box and rewrapped the loom as I have put this car through a bit of a weight loss programme . theoilburner 7 Posted July 28, 2015 Cheers, the dim/dip has been removed hence no relays then, also mines was originally a 1.6 so no horn relay. Doesn't look like there was ever anything in there.
ade 4wd 11 Posted July 28, 2015 The white two pin connector is for the optional ABS.
