Another Non Starting Mi16

Engine ran fine prior to resto on the body.

 

First time turning the key, the fuel relay clicked over, but the fuel pump never primed. Now the relay doesn't click over. There is 12v to the relay. Engine turns over and there is a spark. Bridged the fuel relay and the fuel pump kicks in, and fuel gets to the head.

 

When turning over the engine attempts to fire, but stops itself. Not sure if I have the firing order right on the dizzy cap!! 1 3 4 2??

 

Also any answers for why the ecu isn't firing the fuel pump up?
