Door To Body Frame Rubber Hose Thingy

I was running speaker wire through one of me door and the rubber accordion type horse split in half, any one got an idea if these can still be bought from Peugeot,

Pretty sure they aren't but they can be found on eBay. Saw some one their own a few days ago but cannot find them now. Found more when searching "205 gti door loom".
