1.6 Gti,1988, F Reg, P1.5, In Scrap Yard

Not sure if this is the correct section to list this but here goes.

 

Been to see this car today as I needed a few bits. The guy does not want to break it at the moment (wants £1,000 for complete car)

 

However I thought there were some nice bits as listed below.

 

Seems a waste to let these be destroyed.

 

1. OE sunroof wind deflector in good condition

2. Original Phillips radio (working he told me)

3. Unbroken scuttle panel (both end fixings in tact)

4. Grey parcel shelf

5. Sunroof trims, look in good condition

6. Grey door rubbers looked in great condition

 

other bits, spoiler, unbroken boot cover (may break when taken off), trims, red inserts, interior seems in good nick.

 

I'm not on commission (honest ) just don't want to see these parts wasted.

 

All in all the car looks good.

 

I guess if there is enough interest he'll let the parts go.

 

If anyone wants any of these parts I've offered to go and remove them so that some monkey doesn't break them.

 

I took a few pics will post them up when I get them off my phone.

 

I don't know what prices he wants but I think if they are sensible he won't refuse. I can try and negotiate "job lot rates" with him, or you can call him direct.

Paul I would be interested in the scuttle panel as long as it would match a 93 phase 2. I guess they didn't change?
