HG done 6 months or so ago and subsequently tested so ok there.

 

Will try new FPR and go from there!

Whats the fly lead and its connections like to the Dizzy?

Could also just be a bad earth around this area, I added an additional / new earth lead direct to the - battery to the ignition amp mounting plate.

fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, bad earth/voltage drop to fuel pump...

 

is the coolant pressuring?

 

Nice one Dan, it was the fuel pressure regulator at fault. All fixed now
