Check your earth around the light.

Check the hazard warning light (four way blinkers) switch, try wiggling it, if it has problems the direction indicators wont work.

Sometimes if the hazard switch is faulty it can happen that the hazards work fine but the turn signals don't.

OK. will try to replace if i find one.

the problem is the car's right side works fine ( both rear side and front)

the left side one the rear works, the side and front doesn't.

Are you sure that it's not just a bad connection, earth or damaged wire?

Both the front and side repeater are fed from the same wire and connection.

If it's just one corner that's not working, it's unlikely to be the hazard switch or flasher relay IMO.

Ahh well if the rear one works then I doubt its the Hazard switch. Sounds like a wiring issue. As MikeC has said I would check your earths next to the radiator on the left side.

edit: Anthony got there first

if both indicator and side repeater are not working then it is likely to be the connection from main lighting loom to that particular side's indicator sub-loom.

plug will be behind the headlamp area, non side repearer cars dont have this piece of loom

try changing the bulb holder with the other one - had this problem and it was a faulty bulb holder

Just to answer your original question...the flasher relay is with most of the other relays, on the drop-down fuse box accessed when you open the glovebox.

As others have stated, your particular problem is more likely to be a wiring/bad earth/bulbholder fault.
