Somebody has just offered me a 106 rallye can and said I could use it in my tu3 engine I would jus need and electronic fuel pump is this a load of s*it or true?

The cam won't physically fit. The camshaft bearing sizes are bigger compared to the bearings on the TU3S cylinder head.
