Can anyone tell me if part number 1343 C3 is suitable for my D6B engine.

Had a look at the parts catalogue but got a little confused.

The top radiator hose, yes?

 

If so, it's not listed as NFP and is still available as far as I know - price wise it's £21.80 inc VAT.

Sorry, just realised I answered a question you didn't even ask

 

That part number is for 1.6 and 1.9 GTi models without the air-water heat exchanger fitted. Basically, that's all 1.6 GTi models and 1.9 GTi's without factory fitted PAS or AC - if you're in doubt, check if the top hose has any takeoffs on it or whether it's a straight hose (this part number is for the later)

Right hose for me then.

They also list the hose from the expansion tank to the block but only for LH drive though which is a shame.

 

Still £18 for all 3 rad hoses delivered isn't bad.
