07 Plate 1.6 16V 207 Crank Seal

Hello all, 07 Peugeot 207 1600 16v which is the chain driven engine non turbo engine has anyone done a front crank seal on one of these?, my main query is can these be done without having to lock the crankshaft I

from what I recall the aux crank pulley itself bolts on with three M8 bolts, and you wont need to disturb the central crankshaft Bolt which holds the hub on.
