Newman Cams? Anyone Using Them?

After some good feet up time, have been reading Retro mag, they mentioned Newman Cams in there as part of their 205gti project, havent seen too much about them, mainly Catcam and Kent being given the thumbs up.

 

Anyone using Newman Cam(s)?

 

What is the consensus of them?

Yip, got ph2's in my xu10j4rs zx and dcc has a ph4 in edbar's old 8v xu.

Bwarp. Not much else to add to this other than I needed to shim my pulley 0.736mm for the pulley to clear the head safely following getting the pulley operated on by Sandy/Colin. (It wobbled like a twat)

Oh he pulley is an 8v CatCam item. About 4 years old now.

got a ph3 in my 1600 tarmac rally car - not too peaky and pulls well - top 5 in southwest tarmac rally championship in last 2 years so cant be bad!
