Ok so just a quick start to my progress blog my names is Adam but my nickname is Kezzer most people know me by this , anyway il cut to the chase , 2 nights ago I officially became a 106gti owner and this is the very nice little number I picked up

It's a 2000 reg gti with 84k on the clock , lowered 40mm , colour coded bumpers , hrs alloys with toyo r1 tyres , upgraded brakes (206 180) , and a 4-1 custom heat wrapped manifold with cosworth cat and pug sport backbox and angel eyes headlights, it also has a quickshift

I wanted something to replace my 205gti while I restore it over the next few years , and all I will say is what a fantastic car a delight once you hit 4000 revs ,

Future plans include , smooth bonnet and grill , rear tints and upgrade cams and remap

Thanks for looking , comments welcome

Tbh mate I never though of getting this colour but suddenly it grew massively on me and when I went to see it I just had to have it , it's a very very clean example has 8months tax and full mot , paid 1700 and it's worth every penny , and I have to be honest it would smoke the 205 , it hit 4000 revs 2nd cam kicks in and boom it's like a little turbo haha

that's a great price, got yourself a winner there :)

what's the headroom like? Im just over 6 foot, and always wondered what sort of space there is in one and how cramped it could be.
