Injector Question

Started on my engine rebuild today, first job was to take off the injectors, this is what I found, should injector 1 be different to the others (black plastic/rubber shroud)

Where can I send these to get them reconditioned?

looks like you have knocked the caps off into the intake ports, or they were missing already.

 

loads of places do injector refurbs, a forum member offers the service too, mad professor iirc.

As welshpug has said 3 of the injectors are missing the pintle caps. and are probably now in the manifold or sitting on top of the inlet valves.

I am able to service your injectors, and will reply to your PM shortly.
