They wont be, or weren't rather, connected to the theoretical keypad. The only reason i can think of for this kind of bodge is to hard wire the fuel pump that the ECU controls!!!!!!!!!. SO..........

As above you need to tell us which pins they are connected to.

I cannot find where it goes. It gives a reading on both wires when I put it on pin 3

pin 3 should be switched live from the ignition it should also be linked to pin 27 on the ecu. so trace those green wires to the ecu plug and see

depends which pin that is.

both wires wont be going there, so you need to carry on buzzing through till you find where else it goes.

Well thats the right pin alright so im making a guess that the other wire that you cant trace goes to pin 1 or 9 on the double relay plug

I checked all the ecu pins and that was the only one that registered. Does anyone have a pinout for this ecu so I can see if rejoining these wires will fix my problems

What does the other wire that's soldered to the other one that goes to the ecu pin 27?

Looks like an ignition amp extension connector to me

Can you pull back the rubber to see if its got any number on the wires of that connector.

Whats it connect to?

I've got a turbo wiring loom out in front of me right now to compare too.

Thank for your help guys. Real credit to the forum!

I put the loom back in and have now got it running again. I didn't connect those green wires and have insulated them. It's running now however it's not very smooth to drive like it might be down on power abit juddery on light throttle load. Any ideas?
