Monitor Wideband Output Without Laptop / Guage?

Recommended Posts

Richie-Van-GTi

In a bit of a pickle. Got a car running an LC1 wideband kit and omex management. Omex will only take an analogue narrowband input which is fine. However I need to tweak the fuel whilst driving. Laptop will therefore be plugged into the omex as will the narrowband signal. Is there a way I can monitor the wideband signal without a wideband guage since the laptop's only port is in use already. I stuck a multimeter on but it fluctuates all over.

Fluctuating all over sounds about right!

I guess the lc1 unit isnt built into a gauge like an AEM unit?

Buy a separate LC1 gauge and daisy chain cable kit. I'm happy to sell mine as my controller is broken.

As a fallback, maybe get a USB->analogue converter for your laptop, then run the Logworks (?) software that Innovate give you to monitor the lambda in a separate window on your laptop?
