Drivers Door Locking When Opening!

so I bought my self a CTI and every time I open the drivers door from inside it locks the door! I have taken the door card off but cant seem to see what is the problem, I have found that there is a central locking solenoid that I don't think works so I have taken that off now but it is still pulling the lock down!!!!

Has any one come across this if so could someone please shed some light on this please..

the lever that pivots on the rear of the door handle commonly gets a bit stiff, lube this up and you'll usually solve the problem

Well after spraying the latch with wd40 it didn't make a difference so out it came to find that the mechanism was all worn an not working correctly so on to eBay an ordered another one.

No it's the latch you can get it to do the same fault in your hand the locking bit is worn, I'll try an up load a pic for you.
