i have got a red 1989 red gti. What reds could it be? What are the paint codes. The colour is just a normal red you see on every day cars.

My paint code has completely gone. Cant find it anywhere. If you look at my user picture that is my car. Does anybody know what colour that is?

I can confirm you are right it is red.

P3KB Cherry red

Seeing as its got a kit on then it could be any shade of red that the then owner decided on when it was painted. From the picture it looks brighter/more orange than Peugeot Cherry red. Ford Radiant Red is a possible in my mind but thats only a guess, you'd need to take it to a decent paint merchant and get the chips out to try and match it.
