Morning all, as title suggests

I have the bbm coolant hose kit does the hose come from the expansion tank to top hose on heater matrix and to the black coolant pipe running at the back of the gti6 engine?

 

Then the bottom heater matrix to thermostat housing with other hose?

 

At what point should fan cut in? I.e. 3 quarters on 205 guage?

 

Other than these little things I need confirming I think it's all good to go for an mot!

Yes that sounds about right for the coolant hoses.

 

It will depend which fan switch you have fitted, but the original red banded switch typically fitted to GTi's is approaching 3/4 on the gauge when the fan comes on - from memory, slow speed is 97 degrees and high speed is 102 degrees.
