Obey_R 23 Posted July 26, 2013 Morning gents, Had a rumbling noise for a while when turning left under load. It's got to the point where it's now a knocking noise whether on or off throttle and even when clutch is dipped. There's massive amounts of play in the offside shaft when it's in the air, both turning and in and out. Though, it is only the outer shaft, not the inner one. Also when jacked up and in gear, turning the wheels in the same direction there is a fair bit of play, and when they meet the engine brake resistance, the gearbox clunks.
