Xm Leather Seats

Got myself an pair of XM leather seats , cheaply .. so i got what i payed for

 

However , the bolsters on both the passengers and driver side are a bit knackered ... similar to the 205 GTi seat bolsters issues :

 

 

 

 

 

... and the stitching's are started to loosen on the corners , and in the middle of the seat base .

 

Now , id like a go repairing the bolsters by myself (it's just some , kinda ordinary sponge material inside ..) .

 

How hard can it be ? .. is it possible to remove the lower section of the seat in order to fill up the bolsters and just do the small re-stitching , or is it inevitable to undo all the stitches to fill up the bolsters ?
