De-Cat And Ecu

If i decat my pug do i have to do anything with the Ecu will it run different?

You may gain a little torque if you use an original spec non cat downpipe, it will need a lambda boss fitting of course.

 

Ecu wise you dont need to do anything.

 

Check with your mot tester that you can remove it however, as my zx was registered with a cat it has to have one even though it was registered in 92, my 93 reg 309 was built without one.
