Tachometer And Speedometer Tweak With Switch

Hi there

Noticed that on some modern cars , when opening the switch , the tachometer and speedometer go all the way up and down.

Is this possible to do with 205 GTi?

Not the speedo, it's mechanical

I don't believe it'll be possible on the 205 as its a mechanical gauge, newer modern cars that have this ability are usually digital gauge & its a function from the car ecu.

Just put 12v to everything, I'm not sure how many times it'll work before something breaks

That's a shame you could rip out the wiring and put in the 205 to make your dialls go up and down
