The PAS Removed PAS Rack seems to be a good options then, are you going to offer this as a serives and charge for the upgrade, please say yes and where are you and can i have one fitted ?

The PAS rack isn't quite a straight swap onto the non PAS steering, you also need a new 'knuckle' joint and they are not cheap

But usually if you can locate a PAS rack there is a good chance an intermediate shaft is with it.

I bought my PAS rack new to replace my worn non -PAS rack - only then did I discover it wasn't a staight fit - if I remember rightly the knuckle joint was nearly £100 !!

how much was the rack then?
