JamesE 5 Posted January 9, 2013 I've just bought some new seats and whilst cleaning them I've noticed a fair amount of wobble on the backrest. Ive tried searching for wobbling, but no other threads mention the backrest. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GLPoomobile 958 Posted January 9, 2013 Is it just the backrest that wobbles independantly of the seat base? If yes, it could be wear in the reclining mechanism, or it could be split welds in the seat frame. I had the latter happen on a set, the frame split on one side so the seat tilted back slightly on only that side, making it askew. If the entire seat wobbles, it could be wear in the subframe, which is very common and covered on the forum extensively. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
