Where To Source Afm For Mi16?

Recommended Posts

Think I'm in need of another MAF sensor for my pug 205 mi16.

Does anyone know who supplies them?

My part number is 0280202202

They are Air Flow meters, aka AFM.

ATP Electronics supply remanufactured units, I have also seen Lucas stickered units. otherwise you need to look on ebay or the for sale section, or post a wanted ad.

You'll find that part number on the 1.9 8v Cat engine, and the 1.9 MI.

Found a company called 'ALLCAR ELECTRONICS' who can refurb an AFM so that it comes back like new with 12 month warranty. They have quoted £125 plus Carr and VAT. Has anyone used this company and know if they are any good?

Thread title edited. Mi16 don't have MAF sensor.

Have you spoken to ATP?

I am on nightshift and have been sending emails asking about refurbs.

This company was the one Ive had a reply back from up to now. I will let you know what ATP say when they have been in touch.

Had an email from ATP electronics today and they quoted £120 + £10 p&p for a refurb which doesn't seem too bad.

Gonna give the car a good looking over at the weekend to see if I've missed anything before I get it refurbed.

I've got a vacuum leak on a hose which has a blue coloured nozzle on it around near the servo area. I've put pictures and questions about these hoses in another tread titled 'what are these hoses and where do they go'. I'm not sure if this is what is causing my idle problem.

Thanks for replies
